18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

Wornbloom (wornbloom.com) is a marketplace platform that allows third-party sellers to list and sell physical items and digital content. Wornbloom itself is not a producer, manufacturer, or publisher of any visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2).

Third-Party Content

All visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct that may appear on this Platform have been uploaded by independent third-party sellers (“Producers”). Wornbloom is the “secondary producer” of such content as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(A).

Seller Requirements

Each seller (Primary Producer) who uploads visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct is required to:

  • Verify all performers are 18 or older.
  • Maintain records of performers' legal names, dates of birth, and professional names.
  • Maintain copies of government-issued photo identification for all performers.
  • Make records available for inspection as required by law.

Seller Verification

Wornbloom requires all sellers to complete identity verification before selling digital content. By uploading digital content, sellers represent that:

  • All depicted individuals are 18 or older.
  • The seller has obtained appropriate consents.
  • The seller maintains all records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
  • Records will be produced for inspection upon request by the Attorney General.

Custodian of Records

Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are maintained by each individual seller (Primary Producer) at their respective locations.
