Age & Identity Verification

All sellers must be 18 years of age or older and must complete our identity verification process before listing items. This includes submitting a valid government-issued photo ID and a real-time selfie. We use this information solely for age and identity verification and store it securely.

Authenticity of Listings

Every item listed on Wornbloom must be genuinely owned and worn by the seller. Fake listings, stock photos, or items sourced from elsewhere are strictly prohibited. Sellers must represent their items honestly, including accurate descriptions of condition, wear, and any imperfections. Misleading buyers will result in immediate account suspension.

No Deceptive Photos

Photos must accurately represent the item being sold. Heavily edited, filtered, or misleading images that misrepresent colour, condition, or appearance are not allowed. First-party photography only — using photos from other sellers, retailers, or the internet is prohibited.

Respectful Communication

All users are expected to communicate with respect and professionalism. The following behaviours will result in immediate account suspension:

  • Harassment, abuse, or threats of any kind.
  • Unsolicited explicit messages or images.
  • Spamming, scamming, or phishing attempts.
  • Discrimination or hate speech based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, or any protected characteristic.
  • Attempts to transact outside the platform (which voids buyer protection).

Discreet Packaging

Sellers must ship all items in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the platform name, nature of contents, or seller identity. Protecting buyer privacy is a shared responsibility and a core value of our community.

Enforcement

Wornbloom reserves the right to remove any content or account that violates these standards, our Terms of Service, or applicable law. Enforcement actions may include content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent banning without refund of pending earnings. We take reports seriously and review them promptly.

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates these standards, please report it immediately using the in-app reporting feature or by emailing hello@wornbloom.com. All reports are handled confidentially.
